Tasks
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and demonstrated experience working within complex design systems, particularly in enterprise environments.
This role requires both a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate technically complex domains. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of 8+ designers across multiple workstreams, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces within enterprise-level applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user and business needs.
- Apply best practices in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Participate in and contribute to design critiques, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure consistency and scalability within a complex design system.
- Contribute to a feedback-driven team culture and support ongoing design operations.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, both verbally and in writing, across disciplines.
Expectations
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in visual design principles: layout, typography, color, and accessibility.
Solid understanding of interaction design: user flows, information architecture, prototyping.
Experience working within large design systems.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), especially in technical and cross-functional contexts.
Ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.
