Tasks
These designers will transform existing compositions into scalable templates in Adobe Express, ensuring brand consistency across thousands of variations. They’re the guardians of pixel perfection and the adaptors of design systems.
Core responsibilities
• Template creation & adaptation
• Load and adapt Figma (and other tools) designs and existing image compositions into Adobe Express; break them into reusable components and layouts.
• Create pixel‑perfect, world‑class user interfaces and visual designs that align with brand and accessibility standards.
• Define style guides and design specifications that developers and AI systems can implement.
• Scalable content production
• Translate design systems into scalable templates that support dynamic text, imagery, and localization
• Collaborate with the Copywriting/AI technologist to test how generative outputs fit into templates; adjust layouts based on AI behavior
• Deliver high‑quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Collaboration & governance
• Work closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency; champion usability and accessibility.
• Maintain and evolve the Express template library; document component usage and best practices.
• Train marketers and creative operators on using templates anddiagnosing common layout issues.
Expectations
• 3+ years experience in visual design, UI/UX or digital content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Adobe Express (or similar tool); familiarity with component‑based design systems.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, accessibility and responsive design.
• Ability to translate static comps into dynamic templates that can be populated by AI‑generated copy and imagery.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable working across functions and iterating quickly.
